Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition (Strategic Planning) (Consulting/Market Research)
- Implement talent acquisition strategy for mandates in India
- Tightly manage stakeholders and recruitment process to provide closures within 3 business weeks of receiving a new requisition
- Provide closures within the specified budget
- Maintain accurate data of own position and actively contribute in organizational processes (i.e. management reporting, campus hiring etc.)
- Actively participate in any other HR ad-hoc task
Requirement
- 4-8 years of experience in managing global recruitment with expertise in recruiting for India region
- Experience in Market Research / Consulting hirings
