Reports to Manager - Supply Chain Operations & Design

Experience requirement :

Must Have's :

- 5+ years SC analytics/modeling experience covering multi-echelon inventory optimization (MEIO), distribution, manufacturing, inventory, and transportation.

- Strong experience with SQL, Alteryx or any other ETL tool, etc.

- Strong experience with visualization tools (PowerBI, ArcGIS, etc.)

- Familiarity with network optimization tools (Optilogic, LLamasoft SCGX, AIMMS, JDA SC Strategist, etc.)

- Good understanding of Demand/Supply/Inv Planning, Warehousing and Transportation aspects of SC.

- Ability to effectively communicate to technical and nontechnical audiences.

- Strong written and verbal communication

- Experience with SAP will be an added advantage.

Work experience :

- 5+ Years of core experience in related field

Educational Qualification :

- Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science or similar

Role and Responsibility :

- Assistant Manager, SC Network Design and Optimization

- Support NWD COE by building the required data, analytics and modeling framework

- Help build and maintain various network design models to optimize the global supply chain

- Collaborate with advanced analytics & Data Science team on developing SC Modeling Database

- Build automation framework enabling easy refresh of SC network models

- Build and democratize the SC network visualization capability across the organization

- Standard Operating Process (SOP) Setup and Process Improvement

- Constantly search and seek out improvement of processes and practices that eliminates non-value-added activity and incorporate relevant best practices.
