- We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager in the Supply Chain & Operations Team. In this team, the shortlisted candidate will be responsible for the effective execution of day to day operations of the Supply Chain and Operations Team.
- Core duties would include management and leadership of processes for the continuous improvement of the KGS best practices and client experience.
- The expectation would include competencies like client relationship management, quality management, workforce planning, recruiting, training, and consulting.
- The Candidate would be expected to execute the KPMG vision ensuring the Supply Chain and Operations team meets Member Firm and Global needs.
The roles and responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
Manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion; adhering to milestones, providing recommendations; monitoring and controlling resources, and preparing/submitting project reports Prior experience in at least two out of four functions is a must
1. Supply Chain Planning (Demand and Supply planning)
2. Optimization (Network, Inventory and Warehouse optimization)
3. Supply Chain Strategy (Operation Model)
4. Supply Chain Analytics (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, R, Python)
- Experience in leading projects involving strategy, implementation, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity of Blue Yonder (JDA), SAP & Oracle SCM solutions.
- Experience in BY solution execution and implementation, positioning of solutions and developing demos in support of sales cycle, delivering impact to customers through solution architecting.
- Lead problem management and prepare and present key performance and governance metrics to KPMG leadership on a regular basis.
- Monitor transition progress and record any potential risks and issues while developing any necessary reports to capture performance and identify improvement areas
- Responsible to mentor/coach the team and provide guidance to managers and resources, ensuring all processes and procedures are being adhered to and updated when necessary
- Ability to provide operations support to KPMG leadership on high priority issues or when necessary
- Identify and assist in the development and deployment of training opportunities and coaching initiatives for the supply chain advisory team; prepare detailed reports on various key performance indicators and recommend strategies to close gaps
- Design, document and implement process strategies to maximize results and achieve targets, including service delivery, staff performance standards, member escalations, long term staffing & resourcing plans, etc. while coordinating with KPMG leadership to implement changes and new systems
- Help foster trusting relationships with business partners by serving as the KGS Supply Chain Anchor and represent KGS on Key KPMG Supply Chain initiatives
