JD for Assistant Manager - Supplier Engagement and Performance :
- Supply Chain and Procurement with excellence in Contracts Management, Contract Negotiation, Purchase order handling, Invoice resolution, Vendor management, Supplier Evaluation, Strategic Sourcing, RFQ and RFP preparation with experience in handling suppliers and customer accounts independently.
- Operate an effective commercial governance model for managing the supplier relationships within the IT portfolio.
- Manage the end to end process of Procuring goods/services necessary to ensure the continuity of the service. Operate an effective supplier management command structure and escalation process..
- Ensure proper monitoring of supplier services at an aggregated level and initiation of actions including the enforcement of any penalty clauses, to bring services back into line .
- Experience in performing Source Selection, Fair Value Analysis, Spend Analysis, Contract Compliance, Negotiation through Competitive Bidding and Competitive Evaluation
- Drafting Contracts with Supplier and working with legal Team to ensure Companies risk is mitigated
- Support and Perform Management tracking: Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation of Business Measurement Attainment to support and Drive Key Transformation Initiatives to achieve Business Objectives
- Ensures that quantitative and qualitative data is collected and analysed to monitor the suppliers- performance against agreed requirements, publishes the results, and initiates actions based on results. Ensures that subjective views of suppliers- performance by own staff and the key stakeholders (Run AM, Innovation, Service Introduction)are taken into account. Publishes the results of performance and service improvement reviews
