DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enable transformation of sales force ways of working, skills and culture, including:
- Formulation of annual Strategic Plan for India
Sales Transformation:
- Develop and implement new outlet segmentation methodology, define appropriate targeting strategy (incl. defining right "service" levels)
- Review and (re-)design call plan / routing and sales territories to maximize effectiveness
- Establish sales performance management tools and procedures (e.g., sales performance dashboards; coordinating in-house and external technology service providers to automate performance tracking)
- Work with Sales and Marketing leadership to upgrade and update sales "toolkit" (commercial offer menu/outlet incentives, sell-in stories, persuasive selling "playbooks")
Conduct reviews
Other Function Transformation:
- Many other functions including but not limited to IT, Business Process Re-engineering, Finance, Manufacturing need to be transformed to enable the organization reach towards the vision 2030. The role will work in few such functions to define the current status, to be status and implement some of the initiatives.
- Some other areas of intervention/evaluation of any new strategic idea/strategic re-assessment/preparation of 3 year Strat Plan, as per need of the organization Plan
- Travel would be required as per need of the project
