Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new IFA partners, from initial outreach and lead generation to commercial negotiations, technical integration, and final contract signing.
- Manage all aspects of partner relationships, ensuring clear communication, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation, agreements, and lending contracts are completed accurately and updated promptly as needed.
- Act as the primary liaison for wealth management partners, providing ongoing support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain the highest standards of accuracy in all tasks, deliverables, documentation, and lending agreements.
- Champion seamless integration across departments (e. , sales, technology) to build strong and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Develop and implement efficient business processes to optimize operational flow and partnership profitability.
- Drive partner success by setting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
- Utilize your outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information, negotiate terms, and resolve issues with partners.
- Develop strategies for consistent growth in key business metrics (acquisition, ARPU, retention) aligned with company objectives.
- Provide accurate monthly forecasts of partnership opportunities to inform future growth strategies.
- Engage with prospective IFA partners and manage the entire onboarding process to achieve partnership expansion goals.
- Build and nurture strong partner relationships, providing valuable insights on overall business performance and industry best practices.
What You'd Bring to the Table:
- Proven experience (1-4 years) in a similar role within a WealthTech firm, with a deep understanding of the industry landscape.
- Strong analytical skills with a grasp of key business metrics such as acquisition, monetization (ARPU), retention, and churn.
- A "hunter" mentality, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to generate leads and secure new partnerships.
- Familiarity with user research and user insights to tailor onboarding experiences and partnership offerings.
- Expertise in developing engagement strategies, promoting referrals, and leveraging content to cultivate partner growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and communicate complex information clearly
