Assistant Manager - Statutory Audit - CA - BFSI

One of our leading clients in Bangalore is looking for Assistant Manager role who has strong work experience in Statutory audit with Post CA Qualification.

Designation : Assistant Manager

Experience : 5-8 Years

People Management : Minimum Two years

Skill set : Statutory audit, SOX, US GAAP, IFRS

Location : Bangalore

Shift : 11AM

Requirements :

- Managing, training, developing and motivating a solid, business oriented, high performance team of approx. 7 to 10 professionals

- Stewardship and review of financial statements for group and local compliance - Regular balance sheet and cost reviews

- Managing primary relationship with Regional Tax department, Finance, Internal Audit, Treasury, General Accounting, Group & Statutory Auditors, and outsource Partners

- Manage all operational compliance requirements including various tax returns, tax reporting, provide support for tax audits, transfer pricing reviews, tax risk assessments, support in implementation of tax strategies
