- Design, implementation and administration of the compensation programs in line with the Total Rewards
- Develop compensation ranges as per the market standards.
- Provide advisory from a Total Rewards perspective
- Manage the compensation annual revision process and administration processes.
- Experience in Compensation/Total Rewards function in IT/ITES/Services firms.
- Detail oriented, excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR ERP modules like SAP / Oracle / People soft.
EXP: 3-6 YRS
Masters from Tier 1 college
Location: Hyderabad
