Assistant Manager - Sourcing - Retail/Textile/Apparel Business

We are looking out for an Assistant Manager - Accessories Sourcing with Top Retail/Textile and Apparel Brand.

Location - Thane, Mumbai

Fashion Accessories and Undergarments experience is Must to have

The role holder would be responsible for:

1. Merchandising and Product Development of Fashion Accessories categories. (Categories would be ties, belts, wallets, bags, pocket squares, gift sets, men's undergarments, etc.)

2. Handling all aspects of Sourcing, i.e., Costing, Vendor Management, Merchandise management, etc.

3. Ensure adherence to quality and SOPs and keep a regular check on the quality of the merchandise.

4. Timely follow up with factories and ensure goods are available as per monthly plan in order to achieve sales targets (OTIF).

5. Library maintenance of production samples, PP samples, Tech packs, trade show follow-ups, etc.

6. Sourcing of Packaging and Trims.

Other Attributes

- Proficient in SAP & MS Office

- Thorough understanding of Product, costing, and patterns of products.

- Excellent negotiation and follow up skills
