This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Talent Acquisition located in Pune.
The Manager Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process, including but not limited to, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting.
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting skills.
- Experience in employer branding and conducting interviews.
- Ability to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team of recruiters.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Experience in the recruitment process outsourcing industry is a plus.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals, leveraging market insights to attract top-tier talent.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring effective collaboration, goal achievement, and continuous professional development.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders, understanding their talent needs and providing proactive recruitment solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely, efficient hiring.
- Utilize data-driven insights to track key recruitment metrics, optimize processes, and provide regular reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
