Role purpose

- This role will be based out of Bangalore and will support the Risk & Audit Team, London.

- To provide support to the dentsu international (DI) Risk & Audit team in safeguarding the current and future economic value of DI in their delivery of the global JSOX internal audit strategy and identification of control risks across the business.

- The role will also have a focus on identifying and building efficiencies and improvements through automation / data analytics / dashboarding that supports our full audit cycle.

- This role primarily involves working across the Risk and Audit Team.

Key Accountabilities

- Provide files and dashboards used for audits as part of the audit planning

- Conduct BPC analysis of the entities in scope for audits.

- Assist with automation, for example using RPA, of standard audit steps.

- Work with members of data analytics Risk & Audit Teams to develop data analytics

- Assist with data analytics areas such as audit scoping, planning, sampling selection, fieldwork execution and reporting on data analytics results

- Prepare reports and dashboards from the annual Control Self-Assessment exercise

- Prepare data for the annual risk assessment exercise

- Provide input to the Audit Committee Reports

- Upload data into the Risk and Audit tool, Riskonnect.

- Assist in the documentation of audit tests

- Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., DI Risk & Audit management team).

- Play a key role in the continuing development and improvement of the Risk & Audit team

- Assist on the preparation of audit documents

Professional Skills

- Qualified accountant with 2-3 years of experience in Auditing & reporting and keen interest in Audit

- Advanced MS Excel user

- Exposure to SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation) & Power BI would be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of Data Analytics would be an added advantage

- Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, across different regions and levels

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

- Demonstrate high level of responsibility and commitment to the assigned activities

- Agile and flexible to changing needs and adhoc requirements

- Quick learner and strong attention to detail whilst combining with the ability to see the 'big picture'.

- Good relationship management capability, including dealing confidently with senior management and ability to influence them to drive change.

- Organised and able to prioritise and meet deadlines.

- Ability to 'think' and make constructive suggestions on ways to improve activities
