Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Sales - MWF Industrial Lubricants


Job Description :

1. Perform daily sales operations in the business area through all channels (both direct institutions & distributors) in the Metal working applications.

2. Create and maintain good channel relationship.

3. Experience in Value Selling Proposition.

4. Understanding Customer Production Process.

5. Provide service backup post sales.

6. Conduct Product Benefit Demonstrations & Cost Saving Analysis.

7. Study of competition & develop strategy.

8. Apply standard concepts, practices & techniques and directly contribute the achievement of target

9. Reporting monthly, weekly

Desired Candidate Profile :

1.Shopfloor process knowledge -Experience

2. Application Knowledge in metal working Applications, etc.

3. Service orientation Experience

4. Market Knowledge-Experience

5. Exposure to Major Auto OEM/Component Industries of : 1) Chennai ,& Surrounding markets and 2 Hyderabad & Surrounding markets.

Additional information :

1. Keep oneself updated with machinery OEMs,

2. Keep oneself updated with new materials used, tools, technological developments and fluid requirements

3. Keeping oneself updated on new innovations in metal cutting

4. Make business proposals for securing business from customers.

5. Ability to manage the Channel Network and motivate for growth.

Qualification Experience :

- BE Mech/Chemical/Metallurgy

- 5 to10 Years experience

CANDIDATE HAVING SALES EXPERIENCE IN METAL WORKING FLUIDS/LUBRICANTS/CUTTING TOOLS SHALL APPLY TO THIS JOB.
