Job Description - L&D and TM :
Designation : Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
Business & Location : FCB & SCB - Dahej
Team/Department : HR &Admin
Reporting to : Sr. Manager - L&D and Talent Management, Dahej
Purpose :
- Manage the L&D function and support in effective implementation of various talent management initiatives at Dahej site.
Responsibilities :
- Training need identification for all Officers and NMS for Dahej site
- Execute the trainings identified through TNI process
- Preparation and monitoring of Training Budget
- Analyze effectiveness of trainings
- Assist in executing various learning interventions for Officers
- Drive the NMS training process
- Support in timely and successful completion of MS & NMS DD process and drive various other BHR/UHR level interventions at business level for the site
- Organize and ensure participation in Value workshops, Aspiration sessions, Policy awareness sessions etc. for onboarding of new joinees as well as existing employees
- Ensure completion of confirmation process for Management and staff level positions as per policy
- Conduct competency/skill assessment to map the desired proficiency level as per plant requirement
Position Specification :
Educational Qualification : MBA/PGDM - HR (Fulltime or Regular)
Nature of experience : Experience in L&D and talent management
Duration of experience : 4-8 Years
Role-specific competencies : Planning & Execution, Quality Orientation, Interpersonal Skills, Communication, Team Work
Salary Offered : 6-14 LPA
