Assistant Manager SCM (Compliance) in a US BPO Company based in Gurgaon
Description :
- Proficient in handling SCM operations encompassing vendor Negotiations and performance management.
- Can Handle Multiple activities and coordination with External and Internal users to meet the requirements.
- In depth knowledge of procurement processes.
- Experience in procurement and supply chain non- IT related functions will be preferred
- Knowledge and experience of working in highly automated systems environment including ERP.
- Potential to lead and manage team including setting their KRAs and doing reviews
- Coordinate with internal teams to complete the process compliances and successfully deliver the results as per audit requirement.
- Will be responsible for achieving objectives of SLA compliance, process compliances
