- Financial Closings

- Month and Year end Financial closings and Reporting, IND-AS and IFRS reporting

- Financial Analysis & Reconciliations

- Review and analyse the data, Monthly and quarterly variance analysis,

- Efficiency analysis, Ledger Reconciliations, IND-AS vs IFRS books reconciliation, Inventory control and Reconciliations, updating Cash flow report, Variable Cost analysis and reporting, IR/GR Clearance.

- Liaising Coordinate Finance/Accounting Consultant along with Auditors requirements.

- Communicating with different functions and hierarchies, Internal-External Stakeholders, Liaison in Company secretariat activity.

- Taxation Oversee Tax schedules/workings till filing Returns of various Tax regime including Payroll Tax (PF, PT) prepared by consultant and make payment withing due dates. Executing change in Taxation applicability in the system.

- Control Control inventory movement, Purchase requirements and production planning, End-to-End Vendor Management, Foreign Currency Regulation and implementation in system.

- Commercial HR activity Involved in Finalising Various Agreements and contract with vendors and Third Party Manufacturers and taking care of its applicability, Creating master data for all parties and Employees, Oversee Logistics inward / outward material activity, Check Sales invoice booking done by OTC.

- Supporting in All HR activities to HR manager in with setting up policies for employees. Handle entire documentation process from Hiring to exist of employees. Regulate all information between management, Departments and consultant.

- Admin and Ad- hoc

- Lead and control entire administrative activities for organisation with Admin Executive including IT requirements for India region. Responsible for entire office management, set up and procurement etc. All additional responsibilities like CSR.
