Job Description :
- Will report functionally to Sales Head & administratively to G M -Works
Responsible for the following :
- Will attend the customer complaints and provide a suitable solution to satisfy the customer.
- Will prepare CAPA and carry out root cause analysis of complaints.
- Will evaluate the quality of competitors' products and Quality standards
- Will be responsible for customer management for quality issues.
- Will assist in understanding customer requirement for product development.
- Prepare customised formats of COA as per specific requirements and maintaining of same.
- Filling all the required documents for new customers' enrolment.
- Coordination for customer audits and follow up for closure of NCs.
