We are looking for an ASM for a leading sports brand; the person will have to achieve sales target through the company owned stores of the brand. Please find a brief insight into the role:
Retail Operation :
- To ensure all stores are efficiently and effectively managed by visiting and monitoring their compliance with policy, procedure as per brand guidelines.
- Monitor the sale figures against forecasts, analyse and interpret trends and capitalize on data to maximize sales and profit.
- Organize and implement sales promotional and any marketing activities.
- Ensure proper manpower as per store requirement.
- Define and monitoring KPIs of Store Managers and coordinating with training department.
- Foresee potential problems and resolve the same to avoid any grievance.
- Maintain healthy work environment and administration at stores.
- Planning and implementing marketing activation at store level.
- Prepare a market based stock buying plan considering consumer's needs and brand priorities.
Sales :
- Planning and implementing of business strategies for healthy and profitable P&L.
- Planning and implementing strategic customer portfolio that meet company long term goal.
- Plan long term strategies and coordinating the involvement of all concern departments to successful implementation.
- Continuous effort to reduce COR of the stores.
- To ensure the distribution team moving in the market & their role is clear and is being clearly followed.
- Taking the sales data and competitors activities in the market.
- Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
