Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all stages of real estate projects, from initial planning through to final execution.

- Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Handle project billing and estimation with accuracy and in accordance with company policies.

- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.

- Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to maintain project timelines.

- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to senior management.

- Ensure all project sites comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Required Skills:

- Extensive knowledge and experience in real estate project planning, billing, estimation, and execution.

- Proficiency with project management and construction-related software tools.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Additional Requirements:

- Significant experience in the real estate industry.

- Proven success in managing large-scale construction projects.

- Deep understanding of industry regulations and standards.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
