- The potential candidate will take care of sales in East India and Bangladesh markets for Iron Oxide and Chrome Oxide Pigments. In addition to managing sales at existing accounts. He will also be responsible for business development and explore new business opportunities for Lanxess

- Market Intelligence & Usage of CRM for Visit Reports
- Forecasting and achieve the budgeted forecast accuracy
Requirements
- Masters in Chemical Engineering / Masters in Science (Chemistry) / Masters in Business Administration (Marketing)
- 8+ years of experience
- Develop strategies for enhancing the market share for IPG products in the assigned territories and explore business opportunities in untapped markets or application segments
- Experience in handling products for construction, paints and coatings, paper and master batches applications
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience in handling channel sales
- Good PowerPoint Presentation and Data Analysis Skills
- Should be able to communicate in Bengali(Mandatory)
