Job Description
1. New Business Development
Identification of new customers and new market segments
Contribution to increase in market penetration
Contribution to the increase in sales revenue
Customer engagement
2. Customer Retention
Customer feedback post product launch
Complaint handling
Handover of customer to customer service team and follow up for smooth transition
3. Sales Analysis
Identifying sales revenue trends by client and products.
Analysing sales mix by client and products, including product penetration
Identifies and communicates up sell opportunities to customers
Identifies new product and new client sales opportunities by industry sector and by state
Analyse monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual financial performance and prepare reports for each client and product showing actual versus target (budget) performance
4. Time Management and Adaptability
Capacity to adapt to diverse environments, responsibilities, tasks & people while maintaining effectiveness
Uses quality measures & problem solving to improve process & service delivery. Ensures compliance with relevant standards & procedures.
