1. New enquiry generation.
2. Review assigned leads and work on them till they are materialized/order received.
3. Finding new dealers and sub-dealers to develop business, conveying to them the scope of development and bright prospects.
4. Organize and/or attend seminars once in a quarter for Major Architects, MEP Consultants, Plumbing Contractors, Builder's Association, and all other business-related groups and individuals. Also, participate in virtual and direct trade shows.
5. Make presentations for and interact with various Government Bodies like Pollution Control Board, Metro Corporation, Municipality, etc.; build rapport with them including local agents who can help in taking Government Contracts, business & sales.
6. Communication with prospective customers, clients, dealers, and sub-dealers on assigned leads & updating of status every week.
7. Communicating with client & service manager on AMC business such as schedule fixing, report submission to client, Inventory management, Invoice submission & payment follow-up.
8. Identify major plumbing and hardware showrooms/shops in major cities and plan for branding there. report.
9. Coordination with Sales Partners / Channel Partners / Sales Coordinator on dispatch of STP units & post sales process.
