- Preparation of channel wise Sales plan for the organization
- Identify & implement an enterprise solution for end to end Sales and inventory management
- Calculation of Purchase requirements of different channels and product divisions
- Tracking of orders and purchases against approved OTB
- Inventory Forecasting and scenario analysis
- Analysis and reporting of key Sales and Inventory KPIs
- Plan fulfillment of stock requirements of B2C Ecom and FOCs
- Preparation of stock reports and maximizing sales thereof
- Ensure old season inventory leftover is minimum
- Assisting the SCM team with inbound and outbound planning
- Improve usage of global tools for better planning
