Salary offered: 7-8LPA
The job is with one of he giants in Travel / Hospitality segment. Position will report functionally to Zonal HR Head and will have dotted line relationship with Business.
Key requirements of the jobs
- 70% focus on Recruitment and hiring for direct and indirect employees with an objective of keeping an optimal headcount of 95% at any given point of times.
- Induction, Orientation of the new joiners,
- Support Target and incentive rollout,
- Good in Analytics
- Grievance handling around people relations, compensation, salary incentives and working conditions.
- Rolling out Engagement interventions with the team to improvise on productivity, minimizing attrition
Candidate Profile
Age : 28 years
- With ability and maturity to deal & engage with senior leaadership.
Education: MBA in HR from a reputed institute
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in HR with minimum 1 year in a Direct Sales /FMCG company dealing with Sales HR.
- Willing to stretch.
- Going by the nature of job, client will prefer only male candidates.
- Candidates who are OK with 2-3 rounds of face to face interview only needs to apply.
