Job Role: Assistant Manager - HR
Major Responsibilities:
- Manpower planning
- Employee mapping to Org Structure, Required Available Gap analysis & Manpower Movements.
- Recruit manpower based on vacancy and succession planning for key job roles.
- Support HODs to implement HR interventions to increase employee engagement.
- Conduct stay interviews of high potential employees.
- Strategic role in Workforce Planning at the unit.
- Instrumental in carrying out succession planning for all key positions
- Distinction of organising Programs for new TMTs in the organization resulting in higher retention.
- Preparation of HR annual operating plan with focus on Workforce planning, Recruitment, Learning and Development.
