Assistant Manager - Sales - Data
Purpose of the Job :
- To devise annual and quarterly sales plan and key strategies to deliver Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Teleport etc) installation from B2B customers as per AOP.
- Design and implement competitive customer offerings, vertical specific customer value proposition, organize and run customer engagement programs Launch new products to ensure MOM CMS and RMS growth
Key Deliverables :
- Deliver Data Installation Targets per AOP target for Internet and Non internet products (MPLS, Teleport etc.) through sale team & channel productivity enhancement
- Capability building - regular training & refresher courses to enhance soft skills and product information ensure adequate marketing support and lead enhancement
- New account break-in for data products (existing and new customers)
- Continuously enhance CMS through driving entire sales force on new account breaks
- New Accounts Mapping and specific break-in strategies and customer offerings and incentive plans for sales team
- Monitor competition's customer offerings and planning sales interventions for different class of clients.
- Monitor sales performance in terms of customer numbers, revenue, ARPU, net ARPU, net Margin level, 0-6 months churn in different clusters, circles, cities, segments and vertical segments and making strategic interventions for sustainable growth
Qualification & Key skills/ competencies :
- MBA/PGDBM/Engg grad (BE/ BTech)
- 4 - 6 years of experience
