We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager - Battery Sales to join our team at Gegadyne Energy.
As an Assistant Sales - Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth of our battery products in the market. You will work closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies, establish, and maintain strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
- Manage a team of sales driven enthusiasts and guide them to achieve the business targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make data-driven business decisions.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand network and promote our battery products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication is mandatory.
- Total 7 years of proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Minimum 3+ Years of sales experience in the battery industry or related field is must.
- Should have minimum 2 - 5 Years of experience leading a sales-oriented team.
- Experience in B2B sales and managing key accounts.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as required.
