Assistant Manager - Sales - B2B

- Your responsibility will be to drive revenue by effective sales strategies with our clients.

- The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales within financial services.

- Experience in the fintech, wealth management, investment, or brokerage industry is preferred.

This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. This position offers the chance to own client relationships and build a successful outcome in a fast-growing company and category.

Responsibilities :

- Achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies.

- Work closely with management team to grow existing clients.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with your clients and partners.

- Develop an understanding of our products and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver right outcomes for our clients Experience.

- Experience in B2B sales roles within fintech, wealth management, investment, or brokerage industry.

- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.

- Proficient in Microsoft Presentation and Excel.

- Proven ability to manage and build client relationships at senior level Skills.

- Communication skills - Exhibits strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and foster collaboration.

- Curiosity and willingness to learn - Show eagerness to explore new concepts, embrace different perspectives, and commit to continuous professional development

- Analytical skills - Utilizes data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize strategies, and support informed decision-making, driving measurable outcomes.
