Job Description:
Team Management: Supervising a team of Off Roll Sales Direct Marketing Associates (DMAs) to ensure they meet sales targets and penetrate the market effectively.
Document Verification and Submission: Ensuring all customer-related documents are verified in their original form, entering customer details into the ICAS (Integrated Customer Application Solution) system, and promptly submitting required documents such as agreements and repayment instruments within the prescribed time frame.
Sale of Finance Schemes: Promoting and facilitating the sale of finance schemes to customers, both within and outside the dealership, in alignment with set targets.
Dealer Relationship Management: Maintaining and enhancing relationships with dealership partners, addressing their issues and queries on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations.
Document Verification: Verifying all customer documents, including KYC (Know Your Customer) information and personal documents received through DMAs at the ASC (Authorized Service Center), in accordance with company policies.
Competition Monitoring: Keeping track of competitors' activities within the dealership and its vicinity to stay informed about market trends and strategies.
DCC Cash Deposition: Handling cash deposition at the Dealer Cash Collection (DCC) point.
DMA Productivity: Monitoring and enhancing the productivity of DMAs to maximize sales effectiveness.
ASC/Branch Visit: Visiting dealerships within the network to maintain relationships and address any issues or concerns.
Enquiry Management: Managing customer enquiries and following up on open enquiries to ensure timely resolution and conversion.
Lead Conversion: Converting all leads generated through various channels (web, telephone, rural) into sales opportunities.
Collection and Resolution: Collecting necessary documents such as RC (Registration Certificate) and resolving issues like FEMI (First EMI) and non-starters within specified targets.
Reporting to ASM: Keeping the Area Sales Manager (ASM) updated on a daily basis regarding targets and achievements.
TAT Compliance: Maintaining turnaround time (TAT) for decision-making on cases and ensuring speedy disbursement of loans.
Scheme Explanation: Understanding and effectively explaining all finance schemes and offers to customers to facilitate informed decision-making.
