Assistant Manager - Rubber Mixing - Manufacturing Firm

Looking for experience candidate with a knowledge of Polymer / Rubber industry for one of the leading manufacturing firm.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for PQDSE all activities in mixing plant and update all documentation in line with IATF.

2. To ensure mixing department meets the quality standards of Mixed compound as well as Shapes / performs for molding.

3. Responsible for Material Planning and inventories for rubber mixing, Rubber compound development & testing.

4. To standardize the cost effective local raw materials for FNI Mixed compounds.

5. To control Raw material & Master batches inventory.

6. Polymer Knowledge (NBR/EPDM/FKM/CR)

7. Shifting of raw material according to storage condition to its identified location & registration in system on same day after traceability / identification

8. To ensure mixing department meets the quality standards of Mixed compound as well as Shapes / performs for molding.

9. To ensure all updated work instructions and operating instructions are displayed at each workstation.

10. Coordinating with PPC to optimize in-process inventory and meeting daily production schedules

11. Training to new employees for mixing Plant (Kneader & Prep Area). No of trainings conducted.

12. Sustain 100% FIFO system in at the time of storage & issuance of raw material.

Education:

BE/BTech/(Polymer Technology / Rubber Technology)
