Assistant Manager - Robotic Process Automation

- Deliver high quality Automation solutions in accordance with the agreed Delivery Methodology.

- Plan and track to Define, Design, Configure and Test deliverable and ensuring stakeholders are regularly appraised of status and progress

- Ensuring the business needs are understood and delivered against in each step of the delivery cycle and make sure the offered solution meets the Business Customers need

- Identifying risks and dependencies within Process Delivery and effectively managing these across internal departments as necessary to deliver

- Supports Engagement Lead in providing accurate cost and resource estimates and delivering against agreed budgets, maintaining transparent financials in adherence with best practices.

- Supports Engagement Lead in responding to RFPs and in proposal development

- Leads and evaluates analysis of client deliverable to draw conclusions and develop insightful recommendations and solutions

- Designs the automation solution and deliverable content

- Identifying risks and dependencies and effectively managing these across internal departments and customer as necessary

- Applies process consulting skills to support service line development efforts

- Assists Engagement Lead in billing and Invoicing activities

- Satisfies internal reporting requirements

- Leads execution of project tasks, with focus on overall project objectives.
