- Designing the RISK learning strategy, plan and budget articulating the technical learning requirements for each level depending on their mapped competencies and results from learning need analysis.
- Lead the design, development, and execution of current and future technical and professional learning programs
- Drive the technology enablement agenda for RISK Learning
- Define and draft Learning policies and procedures
- Manage learning content
- Participant and Facilitator Management
- Measuring Learning effectiveness by creation of appropriate evaluation tools, metrics, and trackers for analyzing outcomes of Learning Interventions/ reviewing program performances and prepare/ present reports to management
- Build and promote the Advisory Learning brand through various branding and marketing initiatives
- Continuously stay on top of new and developing trends in Learning space
- Identify special project initiatives aimed at improving the effectiveness of Learning programs and develop compelling proposals for ensuring buy-in by different (internal) stakeholders
- Develop and manage administrative tasks related to the annual learning budget, including detailed Learning plans and work with internal and external trainers/stakeholders to optimize training cost and delivery
