Assistant Manager - Re -trade

- Establish contact and take the end to end process forward for current clients interested in retrade

- Self-starter, requiring minimal supervision - ability to "take a project and run with it" is key.

- Strong and effective communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to prioritize tasks and projects effectively.

- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive the re-trade and leasing program.

- To lead all prospect show arounds on behalf of the company to drive the price - points strategy under the re-trade program.

- Constant collaborations on the defined strategy and laid standard operating procedures with the owners / residents and the channel partner community.

- A hospitality profession will be added advantage.

- The candidate should be independent and comfortable with travelling to sites.

- 5-7 Years experience in CRM both for front and back end.
