Job Description.
ROLE PURPOSE:
- To Monitor all Proactive Retention activities
- To map Productivity and Team efficiency across all predictive retention processes
- Vendor Management & Adherence to SLA
- Rollout and Maintenance of New Processes
- Initiate process improvements with an objective to control churn.
- Manage the Retention Backoffice
- Analyzing and identifying of the potential Threat Base
- Driving activities and Campaigns to help Churn reduction
- Vendor Management: Foster Vendor Relationship for quick and complete rollout of Vodafone requirements
- Driving Targets: To drive efficiency for achieving the set Targets and SLA's from the vendor
- Team Management & Development: Team Management and Development for increasing efficiencies New Activities
- Development and Implementation: To evaluate new activities to protect customers to prevent them from coming into churn bucket
- Reporting/Analytics: Reports and analysis on retention processes.
