Assistant Manager - Research & Analysis - BFSI/Consulting

The role provides and coordinates support for global accounts, aligned to the tools and projects of the Reporting & Solutions team.

The tasks the role will include collection, validation and ongoing maintenance of data for the Tracking Tool and associated processes; one-off set-up of the account on the Tool and data set validation; support for rollout and Tool implementation; ad hoc liaison with the account teams and Global Finance team; request, collate and check reports requested from the system.

Will be responsible for enhancing the reporting products. Role would entail maintaining quality and standards of all reporting deliverables to meet customer expectations as well as internal compliance, and also have wider liaison responsibilities with key Global Sales & Markets stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal sector leads, research teams and knowledge groups to understand the tracking of projects/opportunities and activities around account.

To be regarded as a SME through the maintaining and updating personal knowledge of the aligned Accounts through technology tools (such as, collaboration sites), research and knowledge resources, and network of experts and apply this knowledge in a helpful way with stakeholders.

Education, skills and experience:

- A minimum of 5+ years of work experience at a leading professional services firm (e.g. international Consulting firm, Big 4, global investment bank, leading research & analytics house)

- MBA/Master's degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes with 5+ years of experience.

- The candidate should have worked on Advanced excel features and should be capable of doing business modelling in Excel

- Should have knowledge on basic statistical concepts and should be able to create visually appealing PPTs.

- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

- Working to strict deadlines and flexibility in time management to adjust to global teams.

- Strong project management and administrative skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and working in a team; excellent relationship development skills

- Flexible and able to operate in the context of different cultures and personalities
