One of our leading Investment Banking clients in Gurugram is looking for Assistant Manager role who has strong work experience in Investment banking Regulatory Reporting.

Designation: Assistant Manager (IC)

Experience: 7 - 9 Years

Location: Gurugram

Shift: 13:30 to 22:30

Job Description-

Transaction Reporting Operational Control function takes care of all the Reporting exceptions which mean that the team monitor, investigate and chase MO/FO/Tech teams for the root causes on the trades which are not getting reported within the compliance time for Rates, Credit, FX and Equities. Team perform the below tasks.

1. Operational support function for Transaction Reporting Operations

2. Analysis, interpretation, escalation and logging of Transaction Reporting operational control issues

3. Generation and interpretation of supporting metrics for TRO

4. Tracking and Reporting Operation Control issues, gaps and overall status

5. Reconcile the trading events between FO and Regulators to ensure there is no over-reporting or under-reporting.

Responsibilities-

- Responsible for working closely and Industry Working Groups(WG)

- Host WG calls with various internal groups to implement the industry/regulatory changes for MAS, HKMA and other Asian jurisdictions

- Track the progress of the implementation of changes and work closely with various FO Dev teams and Reporting Dev team

- Responsible to document the changes and work closely with the compliance teams

- Investigate and identify the root cause for the Transaction Reporting breaks and coordinate with FO/MO/Tech to fix them

- Handle the queries raised by FO/MO on their trades

- Prepare the weekly and monthly MIS reports to FO/MO/Senior management

Mandatory skills-

- OTC/ETD derivatives knowledge (Rates, Credit, FX and Equities)

- Basic knowledge on the Dodd-Frank act and it's implication on OTC market

- Knowledge on CFTC, EMIR, MIFID2, Canada, ASIC, MAS & HKMA Transaction Reporting

- Understands the terms of Trade Confirmations and ISDA Taxonomy

- Good communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
