Assistant Manager - Regulatory - CS/LLB - Big4

We are recruiting for Assistant Manager Regulatory with one of the Big4 Firm.

Location: Gurgaon.

Qualification: CS / LLB

Job Profile :

- Structuring of investments / transactions and implementation assistance

- Obtaining regulatory approvals, licenses, clarifications / dispensations

- Advice on Government Policies impacting client's business

- Compliance health check / regulatory risk analysis

- Handholding in inward investment / overseas fund raising transactions

The tasks, roles and responsibilities concerned with the job will include the following:

- End to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness

- Assist clients with obtaining RBI approvals on issues related to FEMA and FTP (Foreign Trade Policy)

- Dealing with government officials including MCA, RBI, PF, PT etc

- Preparing and reviewing reports

- Client relationship management

- Assist other departments by answering regulatory related queries

- Business development (targets set for manager level and above)

- Coaching/ developing junior members
