Job Role Description

Job profile:

- Handling recruitment for Mumbai, Goa & West Zone.

- Handling requirements at all level - Front line to Sr Management.

- Overseeing all aspects of recruitment, right from discussing the role with the Head of the department to on-boarding of the candidate.

- Discussing / Negotiating Offers

- Mentoring all new joiners in team.

- Forecasting & managing the budgets for recruitment and competency based manpower planning

- Preparing the hiring plan based on the job specification and job description.

- Handling large scale open selection, walk-in and campus placements.

- Excellent knowledge of various job portals for effective hiring..

- Hands on experience in handling end to end recruitment process using the most cost effective medium. Vendor Management
