Position: AM - Recruitments

Salary Range: 10 - 11 LPA (Including 10% variable approx.)

Location: Gurgaon

Role:

- The candidate would be a part of in house recruitment team and would report to Head - Recruitment (North India).

- Person would be responsible for lateral hiring across verticals.

- Candidate should have handled the entire cycle from shortlisting, interviewing to closing.

Candidate Profile :

- 7 - 9 years of experience in Recruitment only from Services industry (Min 7 years experience is Mandatory)

- Should have excellent communication skills.

- Should have handled a lot of middle and senior management hiring.

- Should have experience in face to face interactions with senior level candidates.

- Should have a positive attitude.

- Pleasing personality and ability to handle pressure with a smile.
