Assistant Manager - Real Estate Advisory - Consulting Firm

Position : Assistant Manager

Experience : 5+ Years Post PG

Location : Delhi/Gurgaon

Education Requirements :

- Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Business/Economics - or- Engineering/Architecture

- Master's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, preferably with specialization in Strategy, Finance, Construction Management or Real Estate

Role Requirements :

- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in real estate sector or infrastructure advisory with reputed firms

- Must possess experience in Government sector demonstrating experience of dealing with Govt./PSU agencies, undertaking real estate PPP advisory (DPR, Feasibility, Highest Best Use studies) for urban rejuvenation, urban real estate, housing, tourism real estate, recreation, MICE,etc.

- Must possess demonstrated experience across advisory engagements pertaining to DPR/ feasibility assessment, market studies, business strategy, development assessments, market entry strategies.

- Must be conversant with financial modeling (DCF, Cost based, Asset Based, etc.) and financial statement analysis

- Should possess experience of tendering processes, preparation of RFQs/ RFPs, preparation of bid /concession documents. Should be well versed with business development in Govt. Sector w.r.t preparing RFPs, Tender Based Proposals.

- Must possess ability to work independently with multiple teams across locations and manage work under stringent timelines and adhoc requirements

- Excellent written/verbal communications and presentation skills with ability to conduct impactful discussions with C Suite executives.
