Position - Asst. Manager - QC

Location - Neemrana (Rajasthan, Alwar District)

Education Qualification - BE/B. Tech OR M. Sc. with ISO 9001 certification

Experience - Minimum 5 yrs of experience from FMCG Industry only

Knowledge : Attending Customer Complaint, Knowledge on SQC, SPC, Process Control, Product Knowledge, Quality Parameters

Personality Attributes : Team Spirit, Positive Approach, Self Starter, Should have handled team of 6~8 persons.

Hand Known Experience: Presentation, Data Analysis, Advance Excel, Report Generation MIS.

Requirements:

- Proven experience and ability to manage people, processes, and technology.

- Be aware of Health and Safety standards and their implication in the workplace.

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system, produce data and report on performance, measuring against set standards.

- Devising and establishing quality procedures, standards and specifications.

- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures ensuring the systems and procedures operated within the department move towards the requirements of ISO 9001

- Formalizing quality policies & procedures, and establish performance metrics for the department.

We will conduct F2F Interviews in Neemrana OR Gurgaon if the profile will be shortlisted for this the person will have to travel.
