Currently we have an opening for the profile Assistant Manager- QA for one of our Major FMCG client  Key responsibility and accountability:  - Responsible for Implement PVMI Food Safety Management systems. Develop all procedures and SOP to drive the FSMS requirements involving all functions in the factory and ensure continuity of Certifications.   - Responsible to train the factory team on dynamically changing regulatory requirement and drive the implementation of these requirements time to time  - Quality Improvement: Drive the Quality Improvement projects identified by Central Quality across all functions in the factory, track the improvements and report the progress  - Responsible to monitor the current vendor performance and identify the improvement area for the vendor, one point contact for vendors for all Quality and Food Safety related issues. Responsible to execute the vendor audit plans as identified every year  - Lead all internal audits related to Food Safety systems and develop CAPA involving all functions. Ensure that CAPA is tracked and closed on time and report progress   - Implement the change management for all changes that impact the product and process quality, maintain adequate documentation  - Drive laboratory performance program through implementation of Good laboratory Practices and conducting  Ring tests and Proficiency tests for the analysts  Note: Candidate from FMCG background are only preferred.  Ankit vaise Hr Executive Catapult Management Resources
