Assistant Manager - Projects - Capex

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform basic engineering design and generate detailed engineering documents for projects, including Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Instrument Datasheets, Equipment Datasheets, and Layouts.

- Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of project objectives within the allocated budget.

- Participate in and contribute to Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and other safety assessments.

- Manage and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to project timelines.

- Provide technical support and expertise during project implementation, including troubleshooting and resolving engineering issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputed university.

- 7 to 10 years of experience in Process Engineering within Capex projects.

- Experience in Batch Process is an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) tools.

- Proficient in generating detailed engineering documents and designs.

- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of timely project delivery.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
