What You will do Everyday?

- Role would be to work with the sales team & identify warehousing sites for potential opportunities(Find the location from Scratch & built the warehouse-PAN IND)

- Assist in procurement with respect to negotiation with vendors and overall management of all tasks for setting up the leased properties

- Assist in finalization of projects within timeline, budget and quality targets

- Assist in maintaining and upkeep of existing warehouses

- Performs regular reporting on market research, leasing activities, project schedules & business reviews with senior management

- Commercial Leasing

- Perform rental property price analysis for existing clients.

- Process background information on potential tenants.

- Prepare leasing documents and contracts and have them executed by each party.

- Schedule prospective tenant property visits and showings.

- Collect move in funds and deposits.

- Conduct move in and move out property inspections.

- Customer service for both owner and tenants leading up to tenancy.

- Comply with warehousing laws, statutes and regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.

- Should have good connect with Landlords

- Understand the Landlord and Tenant Rights and Responsibilities.

- The Real Estate Manager is responsible for managing the retention of repeat business of Warehouse and leasing current client's warehouses as their leases expire.

- Originate and evaluate distress land opportunities

- Working on feasibility, valuations, transaction structuring and creating compelling case for management

- Initiate and follow through the due diligence process

- Assisting/coordinating the entire deal process including due diligence, preparing internal documentation, and definitive documentation

- Maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (including the legal, sales, project and finance teams) and key external stakeholders

- Meet targets for leasing and ensure successful completion of the process starting from lead generation, site visits and negotiations to finalizing the lease agreement

- In addition to the above he should execute the project in coordination with whole internal and external team.

Your Superpowers:

- Graduate/PG and additional certificate in Real estate will be added advantage

- Previous experience in Logistics / supply chain /IPC's preferred.
