Assistant Manager - Project Finance - Renewable Energy

Key Responsibilities:

- Project finance involves the public funding of infrastructure and other long-term, capital-intensive projects.

- Project financing often utilizes a non-recourse or limited recourse financial structure.

- A debtor with a non-recourse loan cannot be pursued for any additional payment beyond the seizure of the asset.

- Project debt is typically held in a sufficient minority subsidiary that is not consolidated on the balance sheet of the respective shareholders.

- Assist in all stages of transaction including but not limited to preparation of Project Information Memorandum (PIM), Teasers & Project Reports for discussions with Banks & Financial Institutions (FIs), preparation of Financial Model, loan applications, appraisals, documentation etc.

- Manage and Develop relationship with lenders for organization's fund based/non-fund-based based requirements and discuss the TOR's with the potential lenders

- Ability to answer queries raised by lenders or its consultants with regards to company/project along with coordinating with internal teams as required

- Working on arranging credit rating of different projects

- Strong Financial modelling skills.

- Experience in conducting due diligence across all aspects of transaction lifecycle including stakeholders negotiations, managing consultants etc.
