Responsibilities / Requirements:

1. Supervision of VMI Tyre Building Machine.

2. 5 'S', KAIZEN implementation & conducting TQM activities in VMI section.

3. Production, Planning and control in VMI Building area.

4. Supervising, monitoring and resolving the machine trouble.

5. Analyzing building defects and daily scrap generation to reduce scrap %.

6. Coordinating with Technical team for NPI and Test Trials.

7. Manpower planning and Deployment
