Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for all products, considering factors such as demand forecasts, production capacity, material availability, and lead times.

- Collaborate with Order Fulfillment, Product Design, and Technical CoEs to gather accurate production requirements and forecasts.

- Prepare daily production schedules and communicate them to relevant teams (Procurement, Production, Tooling).

- Monitor production progress against schedules and identify potential bottlenecks or delays.

- Analyze sales orders and production plans to estimate material, tool, and human resource requirements.

- Ensure the availability of necessary resources (materials, manpower, equipment) to support production schedules.

- Oversee the daily collection and analysis of production data from the shop floor.

- Generate reports on production performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement.

- Identify and assess potential risks that may impact production schedules (material shortages, equipment breakdowns, delays).

- Develop and implement mitigation plans to minimize the impact of potential disruptions.

- Work closely with Order Fulfillment, Procurement, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless production flow.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Production Planning & Control within a manufacturing environment.

- Education: Master's/Bachelor's Degree in any related field

Technical Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent data analysis capabilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques is preferred.

Other Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
