BE/ BTECH- Graduate Engineer (Preferably Mechanical/Chemical/Production) only from premier Institutes like- IITs only. 2013/14/ 15 batches preferred. NIT and BITS Pilani

KRAs:

- Efficiently Execution of the production plan on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis.

- Meeting all plant measure of Quality, Cost and Safety.

- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment to ensure minimum down time.

- Working toward continuous improvement of production processes

- Leading team of manufacturing engineers and workers to ensure high morale.

- Responsible for timely coordinating compatibility trials for new launches with packaging & development team.

Salary offered: 10 -14 LPA
