These state-of-art facilities have integrated process development teams with in-house engineering capabilities.

Position: Asst Manager - Production

Location: Jambusar / Panoli(Gujarat)

Experience: 7-10 yrs

Qualification: B.Tec. (Chemical Engineering)

Job Description

- Candidate must have knowledge about chemical batch process, strong background of multiproduct manufacturing and knowledge of chemical process.

- He must be conversant with Change control management, Contamination prevention system, strict adherence to HSE compliance, Upkeep of plant and machinery, cost reduction and process improvement initiatives based on latest global development in unit operations and process.

- Exposure to DCS operated plants

- Have handled a team of skilled and trained supervisors, operators and helpers .Tool Box Training to shift supervisors, operators.

- Doing pssr and hazop for precommisiong, hydrotest of H/e,utility lines.

- Decontamination of vessels for product change over and pressure testing of vessels.

- Loop checking of xvs in precommisiong phase.

- Utility line up for plant pre starts up.

- Calibration of vessels and to verify equipment installation according to pid and pfd.

- Managing and planning, rawmaterial, quality analysis, oos, manhours, batch, supply chain movement in plant.

- Gap analysis of btc from schedule.

- Backup plan for material delivery if production targets are not met.

- Behavior Based safety.
