Job Description :
Product Launch :
a) Go to market strategy :
- Market study, positioning & messaging
- Product Page Elements: Photoshoot (Catalogue - product & model shoot; Campaign Shoot), Product Videos, Product Visual Merchandising)
- Product promotion strategy (post discussion within Brand Team & with CM) - define promotion channel (social media, blog, PR, ATL: television, cinema, radio, print, OOH / BTL: Point of sale, flyers, brochures etc.) depending on inventory & price of product
- Product packaging & Tags
b) Analyze success of launch :
- Monitor full price & offer led clicks / sales via multiple channels, compare data with total number of customers, analyze target audience
c) Revisit strategy & apply changes on product page if needed
- Enhance on-site customer purchase experience
- New Brand Name, Logo, Consumer Personality
- Product Consultative Banners on Category Page
- Visual Merchandise on Category Page - Icons / Visual Indicators / Showcase product functionality or USPs visually
- Competitive intelligence & market landscape. Run design surveys, customer persona surveys, user experience surveys, product preference surveys for new launch
- Product Page Design & Feature Inputs
- Analyzing vendors & agencies - Photoshoot, Product Launches etc.
