Responsibilities;
- Understand customer need, conceptualize solution and use creativity & imagination to develop & deliver variety & cutting edge products.
- Pro-actively develop new concepts through structural & aesthetic design, generating new ideas for better look, cost savings and convenience within time lines
- Drive pre-sales support with extensive customer interaction through market analysis, competition study, buyer behaviour etc
- Think ahead in terms of ideas while using PPT and all its features, design software etc
- Responsible for product development & printing; Work is 50% is product conceptualization, 30% graphics, 20% printing
- Capable of ideating trendy stuff on own, lot of drive & initiative.
- Responsible for new product development. Define & initiate new cards product, design product proposition, feature and related process
- Scoping of product program and setting up in the technology platform
- Design & finalize process in consultation with various stake holders within/outside the organisation
- Management of product portfolio which includes strategy formulation for increasing product penetration, increase product usage and value, design and run campaigns and customer interaction program
- Manage the product profitability and performance review
- Provide MIS/Analytics support to management
